Pastor(s) Patrick (“Pastor Pat”) and Sharonda Mayes are the founding and lead pastors of One Church in Arizona. Together, they faithfully serve with a shared heart for God’s people and a deep commitment to preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ with clarity, love, and purpose. Pastor Pat is a gifted communicator, singer, songwriter, and author (Goodbye 360!), with a passion for teaching God’s Word in a way that is both biblically sound and practical for everyday life. Sharonda Mayes serves faithfully alongside him, bringing compassion, wisdom, and dedication to ministry, and to the families they serve.
They are proud parents to Kaylah and Elijah, and joyful grandparents to Autumn, Annah, and Amos. Family is central to their lives and ministry, and they believe in building strong, Christ centered homes that impact generations. Pastor(s) Patrick and Sharonda carry a God given vision to see people of every generation, race, and background encounter God, grow in faith, and walk in purpose. Their prayer is that One Church would be a place where everyone feels welcome, valued, and challenged to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
